Yin Yoga is a style of yoga practice which targets your body & your mind.
It focuses on your connective tissue, as well as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not given the attention that they deserve through other active styles of asana practice.
While at the same time it helps slow down the mind, reground and connect with your body, and focus on the deep benefits of mindful stillness by allowing our perpetually active mind the space and permission to rest and return to its natural state of being.
This program focusses on a specific idea and intention for each class to aid in releasing so much of what no longer serves you and is lingering in both your emotional and physical body.
